Payment Plan - Looking for a convenient
way to pay your Phone Factory Reconnect monthly phone
bill? Take advantage of our convenient Pre-Authorized
Payment Plan! You can arrange to have your bill payment
automatically withdrawn from your bank account on the
due date. You will still receive a monthly statement,
but you will save the worry of missing due dates, having
late payment charges and disconnection! To sign up for
the Pre-Authorized Payment Plan, click
here to download the form, print it off and complete
it. Alternatively, simply call our toll free number (1-877-336-2274)
or send us an email (info@phonefactory.ca)
to request a form to be mailed or faxed to your address.
Once you have the form, you can simply fill it out, attach
a VOID cheque and mail or fax it back to our office. It
is hassle-free and only needs to be set up once!

Direct Payment at your Financial Institution -
Phone Factory Reconnect invoices are now payable at most
financial institutions! Simply take the bottom portion
of your invoice to a teller at your bank or to your banking
machine, and you can make payment directly from your account! |
North Mart and Northern Store - Phone Factory
Reconnect accepts payments at all North Marts and Northern
Stores in Canada! Please call one of our friendly Customer
Service Representatives to obtain the LINK Card number
for your province. |
Visa and Mastercard - Phone Factory Reconnect
accepts payments by Visa and MasterCard! Please call 1-877-336-2274
to make your payment. You can also schedule your monthly
payment to be charged to your credit card, please advise
one of our friendly representatives if you would like
your payment set up to be charged automatically. |

Telephone banking – For telephone banking
you need to have an account at one of the banks listed
below. To use telephone banking, please contact your
bank and request to set up a bill payment for Phone
Factory Reconnect. If your phone is connected, use your
current ten digit telephone number as your account number.
If your phone is not yet connected, please use your
previous ten digit phone number or your ten digit contact
number as your temporary account number.
